About this Course

These beginners will become comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket. They will learn to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. They will also work on floats, glides and kicking through the water on their front and back. Note: Lesson participants can only be registered for one set of lessons at a time. You may register your child for the next set of lessons at the same level. Your child will be withdrawn from a program(s) if registered for overlapping lessons or lessons at a higher level prior to successfully completing the current level.
