About this Course

Get in the game. This introduction to ice hockey will provide adults with the basic knowledge and fundamental skills to participate in this great Canadian game. Learn skating, passing, shooting and puck control in a fun and positive environment. Participants should be able to comfortably skate the length of the ice. Full hockey equipment is required to register for this program.
