Join a meditative tree walk in the beautiful Mundy Park to better understand all of the therapeutic benefits that trees provide for us! This session will blend mindfulness techniques with modern scientific understanding of how trees can positively affect our physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Participants will experience activities for present moment awareness while taking in the sights, sounds, and smells that the forest has to offer. We will conclude the session with a Tree Tea ceremony, where you will sample teas made with local trees. Please note, this program is designed for adults (ages 18+), children are welcomed when accompanied by an adult.
