About this Course

In celebration of Youth Week; Pinetree Community Centre is hosting a workshop called Me, Myself and Mental Health to help youth understand what is mental health. The workshop covers topics to help youth manage their emotional, psychological, and social well being. The workshop will also explore strategies to improve your mental health.
